About us

We are a small family run business in Hartlepool providing individual only cremations to your beloved pets covering all of the North East.
We came up with the idea to set up this service after the sudden loss of our beautiful girl Roxy. She was our world and we were left heartbroken when she passed away. We had no time to plan or talk about our wishes for Roxy when this time should come, so when it happened so suddenly we were left to make decisions quickly, which looking back we would have done differently. We had many questions like where is she going? How are they taking care of her? Is it really her ashes only we get back? The hardest part for us was the unknown. If we can give people the reassurance that we will take care of their pets with the most care compassion and dignity they deserve then we know we will have succeeded in our aim. We give everything to our pets during their life and we believe they deserve that same love and care until their very last journey over rainbow bridge. 🌈

Our service

We know from personal experience how traumatic and upsetting it is when you loose your beloved pet. We are here to help guide you through this difficult time answering any questions or concerns you have.
We offer only individual cremations 7 days a week. We will collect your pet either from your home or your vets. Alternatively you may bring your pet to us were you can say your final goodbyes in the privacy of our farewell room (by appointment only).

We guarantee you that your pet will be loved and cared for like they were our own. As we only offer individual cremations you can be comforted in the knowledge that it is all of your pets ashes only which will be returned to you. Your pets ashes will be ready for you to collect the following day in your chosen casket urn or keepsake (by appointment).
